Voters Guide for Oakville, Burlington & Milton

CLC has made significant revisions to our Voters Guide for Halton region (cities of Oakville, Burlington, Milton) due to new information on the various candidates running in the October 22nd municipal election.

Since our last Halton Voters Guide, we've withdrawn endorsements from two Catholic trustee candidates (Korin Abdelsayed and Giuseppe Peritori).

We've also added new endorsements (Briana Hamlet for Catholic trustee), May Xie (public trustee), and Xin Yi Zhang (Burlington City Council).

These candidates will need your support to make a difference in our schools and cities in order to benefit family values, faith, parental rights and the sanctity of life.

HELP THESE PRO-LIFE / PRO-FAMILY CANDIDATES WIN!

Our candidates desperately need your support in a number of different ways, otherwise, they will not win. Please email us if you're willing to help with any of these action items:

  • Volunteer on the election campaign of one or more pro-life candidates this weekend.
This weekend, Catholic school trustee candidates will need an army of volunteers to hand out literature outside of Catholic parishes after mass.

  • Request a lawn sign for your property

  • Get-out-the-vote for these candidates within your church group, parish, or other social networks by informing other local voters about our pro-life candidates
  • Commit to voting in the election yourself, and recruiting at least 5 other people to do the same

Volunteering  is super critical to electoral success. Our candidates need help with phone calls, delivering literature door-to-door, installing lawn signs, canvassing, etc.
