Every year the National March For Life offers the opportunity for organizations, businesses or individuals to sponsor the National March For Life, and to have that sponsorship officially acknowledged. An explanation of the levels of sponsorship is below.

| Platinum: | $5,000 | 10 free tickets to the Rose Dinner on the evening of May 12 |
| Gold: | $2,000 | 4 free tickets to the Rose Dinner on the evening of May 12 |
| Silver: | $1,000 | 2 free tickets to the Rose Dinner on the evening of May 12 |
| Bronze: | $ 500 | 1 free ticket to the Rose Dinner on the evening of May 12 |
