CLC Return & Refund Policy
- Returns will only be accepted for the following reasons:
- The item was received damaged.
- The item received was not the item ordered (e.g. you ordered a package of Wallet Witness Cards, but received a DVD instead)
- A claim for return/refund must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- A full refund will be given after the disputed item is received and inspected by CLC and the claim is found to be legitimate by CLC.
- Return-shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Returns claims will not be accepted if a person simply decides they don't like the item or no longer want the item.
