CLC rating: Pro-transgender ideology
Rating Comments: In March 2024, MLA Shephard announced that she would not seek re-election in the 2024 New Brunswick provincial race. This MLA protested against a pro-parental rights reform of Policy 713. That policy reform would halt the disgusting practice of requiring teachers to keep secret from parents if their children are "transitioning" or using opposite sex pronouns at school. The new policy requires parental consent for children under age 16 to transition at school.
