Regional Council Chair Karen Redman
Waterloo Region, Chair, ON
Bio
CLC rating: Pro-abortion, anti-family
Rating Comments: As a former Liberal MP, Redman had a pro-death voting record on issues dealing with sanctity of life, and on family values. She was a strong supporter of the so-called "right" to have an abortionist dismember and decapitate children in the womb. She even expressed support for arch-abortionist Henry Morgentaler receiving the Order of Canada. She voted to abolish the true definition of marriage and family with Bill C-38. She voted against a child-protection motion which sought to raise the age of consent for sex from 14 to 16. She also voted in favour of Bill C-13 which legalized the destruction of human embryos and human cloning in Canada.
