Rating Comments: Mr. Deutschmann uses the ridiculous on-screen pronouns of "he/him" during zoom meetings of Regional Council, to signal his devotion to and compliance with, transgender ideology.
He also voted in favour of an authoritarian and unconstitiutional censorship by-law to restrict the freedom of expression and freedom of association of citizens if they cause a person to "feel harassed" on the basis of their "gender identity", "gender expression", or "sexual orientation". This legislation will have the effect of empowering LGBT activists and woke city staff to falsely label peaceful protests against gender theory and LGBT propaganda while on Region of Waterloo property, and to forcibly remove them from public property as well as to fine them $250 for "harassment".
