A vote by the Board of Trustees to inflict punishment on a fellow school trustee for having used their democratic and constitutional right of free expression to move a Motion against controversial LGBT propaganda, or for having criticized the same. School Board 'Codes of Conduct' have been increasingly weaponized in this way by radical leftist politicians to circumvent democracy, and to effectively undo the results of a democratic election, by silencing or sidelining a duly-elected trustee who dared to represent the concerns of parents and other concerned constituents which ran counter to the left-wing worldview. These un-democratic sanctions imposed on the persecuted trustee can include forcing the individual into a re-education camp (a.k.a. mandatory LGBT "sensitivity training"), banning them from attending Board of Trustees meetings, banning them from voting, and stripping them of their salary.
