Rating Comments: During her past career as a Liberal MPP, McGarry was a staunch supporter of murdering children in the womb.
According to a CLC contact who spoke with her, Kathryn said she is "pro-choice" (i.e. pro-abortion) and won't be moved from that position. As an MPP, she fought against doctors and nurses being allowed to exercise their Charter protected right to freedom of conscience, so that they cannot be compelled to participate in the killing of their patients via euthanasia.
She also voted in favour of Kathleen Wynne's radical legislation which bans Christians who disagree with the LGBT lifestyle from adopting or fostering children. This same legislation empowers the state to seize your biological children if you do not affirm LGBT or transgender ideology in sexually-confused child.
In a betrayal of our constitutional right to free speech, freedom of assembly, and the right to protest, McGarry voted in favour a draconian Liberal bill to establish "No Free Speech Zones" near all Ontario abortion facilities.
The unconstitutional Bill 163, which became law, bans pro-life witness and free speech on taxpayer-owned, public sidewalks within a radius of up to 150 metres of every abortuary in Ontario. It can put peaceful, pro-life sidewalk counsellors and demonstrators in jail for 6 months, along with the possibility of a $5000 fine for the first "offense". This unjust law which McGarry supported will directly result in the deaths of many more preborn children who could have been saved by pro-life sidewalk counsellors, as so many thousands have been over the years.
