Council vote to permit flying only official government flags (federal, provincial, and/or municipal) on municipal buildings and property, thus prohibiting the flying of controversial, divisive and special-interest group flags which may be politically or ideologically-loaded in a manner that serves to arouse divisions among citizens, instead of unity (e.g. the Homosexual or Transgenderism Pride flags).

A vote by Council to inflict punishment on a fellow councillor for having used their democratic and constitutional right of free expression to move a Motion against controversial LGBT propaganda, or for having criticized the same. Municipal Codes of Conduct have been increasingly weaponized in this way by radical leftist politicians to circumvent democracy, and to effectively undo the results of a democratic election, by silencing or sidelining a duly-elected councillor who dared to represent the concerns of their constituents which ran counter to the left-wing worldview. These un-democratic sanctions imposed on the persecuted councillor can include forcing the individual into a re-education camp (a.k.a. mandatory LGBT "sensitivity training"), banning them from attending Council meetings, banning them from voting, and stripping them of their salary.
