He also expressed support, in theory, for a municipal by-law to establish censorship zones on taxpayer-owned public sidewalk within the vicinity of abortion facilities, for the purpose of criminalizing pro-life Canadians who peacefully protest against abortion, pray silently, or hand out literature.
