Ontario taxpayers to occupy Queen’s Park demanding that abortion be defunded
TORONTO, Oct. 21, 2011 - On Saturday, October 22, 2011, taxpayers from across the province will gather at Queen’s Park for the first ever Defund Abortion Rally to demand that the newly elected provincial government remove elective abortion as a service covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan. Speakers will testify to the money drain that abortion has on taxpayers and why tax dollars should not pay for an elective procedure that is not medically necessary.
