Sunday, October 3, 2010 Life Chain to Draw Thousands Into the Streets across Canada
[TORONTO, Oct 1, 2010] The National Life Chain will take place once again across Canada. On Sunday, October 3rd, 2010, thousands of Canadians will line the streets to profess their firm belief in the value of life from conception until natural death.
In the Greater Toronto area, Life Chain will take place at 51 intersections between 2:00 and 3:00 pm.
Participants will line the streets holding signs that read:
- ABORTION KILLS CHILDREN
- ADOPTION: THE LOVING OPTION
- ABORTION HURTS WOMEN
- LIFE, THE FIRST INALIENABLE RIGHT
Life Chain is a peaceful, prayerful witness to the sanctity of Life. Participants are encouraged to pray during the hour while giving a visual statement that abortion is grievously wrong because it kills unborn children and harms women.
