SK Changeroom Policy Needed Now
TO: Hon. Scott Moe, Premier of Saskatchewan
CC: Saskatchewan Party MLAs
We, the undersigned, are calling on you to honour your promise to protect Saskatchewan girls by immediately banning biological boys from female washroom and changeroom facilities in all Saskatchewan schools.
Washrooms and changerooms serve the unique needs and distinct differences of biological girls and boys. Privacy, respect, and safety are absolutely essential in these intimate spaces.
Currently, due to the rise of gender theory, biological men and boys may freely enter female changing areas and access female-only toilets and showers by claiming to be “transgender”. No “proof” is required and, because of the scam of “fluidity”, gender transitioning may occur as often as anyone likes. A person could say he is a girl one day and then a boy the next.
This opens the door to peeping toms, bullies, and sexual predators, which means that our daughters are not safe as long as the status quo remains. Women and girls who are subjected to the presence of a male in their intimate spaces are left feeling fearful, violated, and unsafe.
Women and girls have inherent God-given rights based on the physical, biological, and genetic reality of who they are. These rights, including the right to privacy, must be protected in law. They must not be trampled underfoot by woke activists or because of popular cultural fads.
