Spring campaign of prayer & fasting to end abortion saves 659 babies
The 40 Days For Life headquarters has reported that the Spring 2013 40 Days For Life Campaign which ended March 24th has resulted in a confirmed number of 659 babies saved from lethal abortion - so far. As the days and weeks go on, more turnarounds may yet be confirmed.
Praise God for the mercy he has shown to these precious children... and to the mothers who have been spared a lifetime of regret and the psychological/emotional trauma that accompanies abortion-choice.
This was the largest Spring campaign in the movement's history with 261 worldwide locations, including 8 Canadian cities in 4 provinces.
Several abortion facilities were also permanently closed thanks to the prayer and peaceful witness of vigil volunteers. Another sign of the campaign's effectiveness in changing the hearts of abortion-minded mothers is the example from Cedar Rapids, Iowa where "client" traffic at the abortuary dropped by 37% during the campaign.
