The New Blue Party of Ontario will be holding its first ever in-person policy and planning conference from June 19th to 21st, 2024 at the Columbus Conference Centre, 145 Dearborn Place, Waterloo, ON N2J 4N2 (click here for map and directions).

The conference will begin with registration at 3:00 PM, followed by opening ceremonies and a presentation from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Wednesday, June 19th. Thursday, June 20th will feature breakfast at 8:30 AM, a day of various presentations/policy plenary and networking, a lunch address at 12:00 PM, and dinner with a keynote speaker at 6:00 PM. On Friday, June 21st, following an 8:30 AM breakfast, presentations will be given from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Final wrap-up, results and annoucements will take place starting at 11:30 AM, with networking and departure at 1:00 PM.

Members of the New Blue Party are eligible for the early bird registration fee special of $295 per person ($175 for students age 23 and under) until April 17th, 2024. For individuals who do not have a party membership, the registration fee is $1,000 per person. After April 17th, registration fees will increase to a higher amount, which has not yet been announced. The deadline for all registrations is June 1st, 2024.

For conference attendees, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Best Western Plus, 730 Old Hespeler Rd, Cambridge, ON N3H 5L8, at a preferred rate of $140.00 per night per room plus taxes.
