Del Grande v. TCDSB Lawsuit Hearing
On Monday, September 23, 2024, Michael Del Grande will appear before the Court of Appeal for Ontario to appeal an earlier ruling by the Superior Court of Justice.
The lower court had originally ordered Del Grande to undergo mandatory "equity, diversity and inclusion" re-education, along with other sanctions imposed by the Toronto Catholic District School Board, back in January of 2023. Now, a year later, Del Grande has been granted leave to bring this case to the Court of Appeal in the hope of overturning the lower court's ruling. CLC is encouraging all of our supporters to watch the upcoming hearing and show him moral support (along with prayer).
