Delta Hospice Society - Annual General Meeting
On Saturday, March 26, Delta Hospice Society (DHS) members will vote at a virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) to determine the future of DHS. New bylaws and constitutional amendments will be introduced to protect DHS’s right to provide life-affirming palliative care and reject medical assistance in dying (MAiD) legislation within its private organization.
If you became a member of DHS in good standing no later than October 22, 2021, then you will be eligible to vote at the AGM on Saturday, March 26. Given the reckless and radical expansion of Canada's MAiD (euthanasia) regime since its legalization under the Trudeau Liberals in 2016, it is absolutely imperative that DHS members attend the AGM and vote to protect life-affirming palliative care.
