Last night was an absolutely c-r-a-z-y board meeting at the Waterloo Catholic District School Board.

Pandemonium broke out over a faithful Catholic trustee’s proposal which would effectively ban the LGBT Pride flag in Catholic schools.

I’ll send you a detailed report later today or tomorrow with highlights from the meeting.

In the meantime, however, we urgently need you to take action!

Will you please email all the school board trustees listed below and ask them to vote in favour of Trustee Conrad Stanley’s upcoming motion to ban all political flags and symbols except for the Canada, Ontario and WCDSB flag?

This motion will be debated and voted on at the April 28th board meeting, but to ensure it passes, we need to apply steady and continuous pressure on the trustees to vote YES.
