Invoking the Power of St. Michael the Archangel

We have a chance to bring one of God’s most powerful warriors into one of the most woke school boards in the entire country.

What is this all about?

By now, you’re aware of the evil that has penetrated the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB).

This Catholic-in-name-only board flies the Gay Pride Flag at every school throughout the month of June, indoctrinates children with transgender ideology throughout the year, and teaches the next generation to celebrate the homosexual lifestyle (and thus, to reject Biblical teaching).

Many teachers and at least one trustee have even marched in the Gay Pride parade, which features buck-naked men and fetishistic sex acts in the middle of the street, in full view of children.

Well, I have good news to share! If offers Toronto Catholics some hope that divine intervention might yet turn things around at this wayward board.

Our courageous school trustee, Michael Del Grande, will introduce a motion on December 12th, which if passed, could cover the board with the heavenly protection and intercession of God’s most loyal soldier, St. Michael the Archangel.

Who is St. Michael?

Scripture and tradition teach that when Satan and his followers rebelled against God, it was St. Michael the Archangel who led an army of angels to defeat him in battle. The loyal archangel was victorious and cast the prideful devil and his treacherous army into hell.

“And there was a great battle in heaven, Michael and his angels fought with the dragon, and the dragon fought and his angels:

And they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven.

And that great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, who seduceth the whole world; and he was cast unto the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.”

(Revelation 12:7-9)

What’s the need in the TCDSB?

Christian tradition has always recognized one of the offices of St. Michael as being the champion and protector of God’s people.

Do you believe that God’s people, who send their children to Toronto’s Catholic schools, are in need of protection from Satan and his demons?

Would God’s people in the TCDSB community benefit from St. Michael being called upon to do battle against the ancient tempter of men?

I certainly do.

Didn't St. Paul tell us that all the evil we witness on earth is primarily the effect of demonic influence?

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”

(Ephesians 6:12)

Del Grande’s motion: Mandatory recitation of St. Michael Prayer

At the TCDSB board meeting scheduled for Thursday December 12 at 7:00 PM, Trustee Del Grande will introduce a motion to require that the traditional prayer to St. Michael the Archangel be recited at least once a month at board and committee meetings.

Here’s the full text of this powerful prayer:

"St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen."

Can you imagine the transformative spiritual influence this prayer can have on the wayward TCDSB, if they are required to pray it regularly?

Please God, make it so!

We ask you to pray that a majority of trustees will pass this motion on December 12.

If you live in Toronto, please also consider emailing or phoning the trustees and respectfully requesting that they vote YES to the motion. Trustee contact info is available here.

Defend Del Grande in his hour of need

I hope you will agree that Michael Del Grande continues to be one of the most heroic school trustees in Canada, constantly working to defend Christianity and parental rights.

A few months ago, we learned that he lifted the TCDSB’s ban on sending students to the March For Life on Parliament Hill.

And now, he’s trying to invoke the power of God’s mighty warrior angel, St. Michael, to protect the Catholic board and all the families under its influence.

Could we ask any more of this amazing, elected official?

As we’ve reported previously, Del Grande is trying to raise $100,000 to take his lawsuit against the TCDSB to the Supreme Court.

The lawsuit's purpose is to overturn the code of conduct violation and extreme sanctions that the trustees imposed on him because he introduced a motion in 2019 to oppose “Gender Identity” and “Gender Expression” in Catholic schools.

The crowdfunding campaign we set up for him is only at 39% of its goal.

If we cannot raise the full $100K for Trustee Del Grande, he will have to give up.

Will you please help Michael, our own mighty warrior, go to the Supreme Court by making a generous donation of $100, $500 or even $1,000?

Any size donation is appreciated. If the Supreme Court does not agree to hear his appeal, the funds raised will be used to pay his outstanding legal bills (which are significant).
